Terms and Conditions 

1. Introduction
The following terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, the user and Bangin Beef Ltd. By using our website and services, you have therefore agreed to be bound legally by these terms and conditions along with any additional terms and conditions that may appear on the site from time to time.

2.1 Information accuracy 
Please be aware that from time to time there may be inaccurate or incomplete information on our website. We do try our hardest but sometime things slip through the net. Please be aware that prices, stock and descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. If you require further clarification, please email us on info@banginbeef.co.uk 

2.2 Terms of sale
All our products are freshly made and as such are not all held in stock. Please be aware that orders will be posted/delivered as soon as they are ready but there may at times be a delay. Once your order has been placed we will email to confirm an approximate time frame for your order. Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received, this can be done by PayPal, Credit card or Debit card. To pay by invoice or bank transfer, please email us directly on info@banginbeef.co.uk to place your order. By placing an order with us, you therefore abide by our terms and conditions as set out. 

2.3 Cancellations and returns
We will start processing your order within 24 hours of receiving it. Cancellations will only be accepted on a very rare case by case basis. For example, if we have not yet started processing your order, then we may allow a cancellation. If your order has started to be fulfilled (examples of this but not wholly inclusive are if biltong has been sliced/packed, if we've starting making your bespoke order or if the goods have shipped to name but a few), we will not allow cancellation. Please check the statue of your order by emailing us on info@banginbeef.co.uk 
Returns are not accepted unless for reasons of damaged goods and we will not refund until goods have been returned. We cannot accept returns for mistake or delayed orders

2.4 Delivery and timeline
We are a team of two working hard to make our products freshly each week, for this reason at times our stock will be limited. Fear not, if it is not able to be dispatched within 2-3 working days, we will contact you and advise of the time frame. We currently use Royal Mail First Class for our standard deliveries. Upon receiving your order, please check for any issues or missing items and contact us within 24 hours of your delivery.
Please be aware we will only accept orders for postage or delivery within mainland United Kingdom.

2.5 Use of goods
The goods we sell, whilst are a dried meat product are still prone to spoilage if not kept in the right conditions. All products are sold in food grade bags/pouches or vacuum sealed bags depending upon the product. Our recommendation is to store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and once opened to be consumed within 3 days or by the use by date, whichever comes first. With regards to whole sticks of biltong, remove from the packaging and hang in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight on a hook if possible. Do not store in an airtight container as the biltong will sweat, causing spoilage. Please make sure it is hung and not touching any other products or surfaces as this may also cause the biltong to spoil sooner. The hung biltong will continue to dry out, it needs to breathe. 
Our products contain allergens which are listed under the products and also on the labels when the goods arrive along with a full ingredients list. Please make sure to check for any possible allergens. All products are made within the same environment and for this reason, we cannot guarantee that any food item sold is free from traces of allergens.
Were we, Bangin Beef Ltd provides the Customer with information or advice to ensure that the Goods will be safe and suitable for eating, then you the customer agrees to use/store the goods in accordance with this information. Other than the Customer's statutory rights, Bangin Beef Ltd shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follows Bangin Beef ltd.'s conditions, recommendations or warnings.

2.6 Discount codes
There may be time to time unique or limited time frame discount codes given If you are given a code that is for you (e.g. loyalty discount code) please keep this for yourself and do not advertise on social media or allow others to use or abuse it. If we think the code has been misused in any way (e.g. sharing with others or posting out on social media), we can cancel your discount code immediately.

2.7 Payment terms
Bangin Beef Ltd partners with PayPal, Stripe and Square to facilitate card payments and as such your payments will be handled a third party. In the event of a payment dispute or refund, please understand that the timeline for payments and refunds are out of our hands and will be resolved within the third party companies time frame.
